Harvest is always strict and manual : Grapes are cut with care and sorted. It is crushed with destuming for a slow maceration without yeast addition.

Our wine is then traditionaly aged for 18 years en barrels, clarified by many decantations.

This method will bring crimsonsc colors, powerness, complex aromas and all its original tanins.

It will then keep all its richness which we now realize all the benefits : Vitamines, rock salt, trace elements and tanins.

Then, once bottled, labeled and protected by a long cork, your wine will continue aging. It is a wine for laying down that will evolve into a lighter color and such a typical "bouquet".
